i. Overview the business and in charge of annual budget AOP / quarterly Rolling forecast.
ii. Assist BU GM report (to CEO) the monthly actual performance in terms of market situation, P&L, new project status, investment, supply chain status, operations performance.

iv. Review the CAPEX expenditure and manufacturing cost to execute the cost controlling within the organization.
v. Coordinate with global commercial manager, supply chain manager, operations to ensure sales price/volume happens in line with budget expected to achieve target Margin.
vi. Review new projects quotation for all routing products.
vii. Review the DL rate DL consumption between the different sites.
viii. Review on production or purchase by set up structure to analyze the ‘cost of routing’ optimize costs versus optimize logistics.
ix. Exposure in the supply chain: financial commitment towards suppliers versus commitment from customer (demand, PO coverage). Closely monitoring potential EOL programs by EOL graphs. Report (Potential) liability of customers as well as suppliers.
